While we believe that coffee is a culinary joy, and not a commodity fix, we do not believe that great coffee is a luxury item.  Our goal is to make great coffee accessible. We aren't looking to lose opportunities to connect with people because they think our prices are too high.  While many of our coffee's could be listed at $20 or $30 dollars a pound, we believe in long standing community over short term profit.

Our primary goal is to inspire a coffee revolution. We are interested in working with coffee wherever it is served.  We work with both the highest end restaurants and the most economical grocery outlets.  Our goal is to find a fit for your organization and develop a partnership between your establishment and our greater environmental, culinary, and economic priorities.

How does it work?  Well, there is no "one size fits all" model that we employ.  For the most part we roast to order.  We don't store roasted coffee. We roast coffee only when you have placed an order or we have developed such a relationship that we are able to predict your order.  It should be said, that the majority of coffee at the supermarket, doesn't even arrive on the shelf until one year after the roast.  A HUGE part of our business model is to be the antithesis of this horrific phenomenon.  Our goal is to get your coffee to you within 24 hours of the roast and to have it consumed within a week of the roast.
