This is a truly special experience as we are constantly purchasing rare and select micro-lots from auctions and small farms around the world.  To be served the roaster's choice means sharing what Benjamin is most excited about at the roasting works. A afficiando's dream. We ship 3, 2, or 1 pound bag of Espresso to you each month, hand selected by our head barista Dave Delchamps. Dave's job will be to create a entire Espresso eductional experience for the home consumer.  He will focus on blends that are traditional, yet each unique and origin descriptive. 

The Standard

For those who know what they like, this is the option for you. If you want three pounds of Cafe Choco Andes, or 3 pounds of the Bambito Estate each month, you get what you want.  When you place your order we will contact you immediately to customize your order. If you want to change it down the road, you will have to let us know. Perfect for the consumer who knows what they want. For the decaf minded, this is your option.
