Our Sumatran is a tiger. Bold and distinct aromatic lines. Warming and full bodied. Unlike the woodsy and earthy tones of most Sumatran coffees, this Mandheling offers unique floral notes not often found in the region. Due to the coffee’s greater moisture content we are able to roast it darker than most while still retaining the original terroir of the region.
