We’re pleased to bring back Keffa Coffee’s Yirgacheffe, Kochere, again this year. Their efforts in Ethiopia to promote sustainability and equity are points of pride and yield a high-scoring 90+ cup of amazingness. Packed with super-fruit dark berry flavors, and a light, vanilla-cream like body, this baby’s got the yirgacheffe profile wrapped around its finger. This heirloom bean has experienced exceptional processing, from the washing to the raised bed drying. We’re also pleased to note it’s arrival in grain-pro bags, keeping it supah-fresh and safe from moisture or other damaging elements on it’s way to our roastery.
