Kia Ora Estate

Grown under the shade of macadamia nut trees in the volcanic soils of Mt. Kenya, our rare organic Kenyan is a treat indeed (due to the abundance of agricultural pests and disease only 1% of Kenyan’s coffee export is organic). We found this sweet bean retained a slight nuttiness from its proximity to the macadamia trees, yet exploded with super juicy notes of red berries, grapefruit, backed by earthy root vegetables and prunes. It’s buttery, dried fig body combines perfectly with a sun-gold tomato-like brightness in this unique cup.
