Building on these principles, from seed to cup, 1000faces has set out to bring forth coffees of unsurpassed integrity and quality.

Relationship Driven: 1000faces considers the customers and farmers with whom it engages to be partners, rather than consumers and producers. These dynamic and direct partnerships are essential to our mission, and to creating truly great coffee.
Stewardship: Environmentally sound land stewardship is intrinsic to our mission, and must be a fundamental concern to all our farming partners. We believe there are direct correlations between how one stewards their land, and the quality of the products that is born from it.
Equity: Every face in a thousand is equal and necessary in front of the cup. Furthermore, we believe that everyone involved in the 1000faces experience MUST benefit directly and equally.
Transparency: Business is intended as an open-source democratic process where voice is valued and informed. By making our practices and strategies available, we hope to be held to constant performance improvement.
