Our new Bolivian is a comfortable balance of floral citrus and deep, woody chocolate. It's body is round and full, with a clean finish. Grown on the edge of the Condoriri mountains, flanked by rivers and waterfalls, it is intercropped with leguminous trees for their soil-enriching nitrogen, eliminating the need for chemical fertilizers. The coffee is washed and then de-pulped in a Penagos eco-pulper, a great tool for water conservation.
