Espresso Savio is our hallmark seasonal espresso blend. The current offering is a two-part blend composed of:
2/3 Los Santos, a washed Guatemalan coffee from Luis Pedro Zelaya
1/3 Fazenda Primavera, a naturally processed coffee from Ricardo Tavares in the Chapadas de Minas region of Brazil
Both coffees are roasted to an individual profile prior to being blended for an optimal flavor collaboration. The components of Savio change to embrace the freshest harvests available to our lead roaster. However, the flavor profile goal remains the same - chocolate driven with a focus on body and sweetness, accented by a clean acidity and touch of fruit.
