Named for our hero, bell hooks, a writer who only writes in lower case letters, this blend varies seasonally but is a mainstay on our menu. The main component of bell's is a natural Brazilian named Mountain Mogiana, from our friends at Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza. This coffee is sweet like nutter butter and gives the blend its creamy body. The second component is a washed Ethiopian coffee from the Mulish washing station in the Guji zone. This Mulish adds a touch of complexity in the form of delicate berry flavors and mild citrus acidity. They're blended at a ratio of 2:1, respectively. These two combined roasts often elicit taste notes very reminiscent of a nice trail mix - a bit nutty, a bit chocolatey, a bit fruity, and very balanced. This blend is designed to be your everyday go-to coffee. It shines across every brew method and every milk and sugar addition you could dream of. The bell's is our new school blend for the coffee aficionado.
