PULP FEST

For the month of November we are proud to be presenting only rare Pulp Natural coffee's through TWO STORY COFFEE HOUSE.

A Pulped Natural coffee has been processed using special artisan methods, whereby the farmer/producer will break from the traditional processing methodology to make a more daring approach to the finishing the coffee. In this process, the coffee is laid out to dry with the moist sweet mucilage from the cherry still attached to the seed. The result is a coffee that typically cups with characteristics of both a dry and a wet processed coffee.  Pulped Natural coffees often read as sweeter on the palette then most wet-processed coffees, yet somehow majestically retain the body of a dry-processed coffee.

This month we are presenting three different coffee's thru Two Story Coffee-House that are considered to be Pulped Natural coffee's.   Each one is fantastic and deserves to be tried out.

1. Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza from Mococoa, Brazil (we like that this mean's 'Environmental Fortress')

2. Selva Negra Estate from Matagalpa, Nicargua

3. Finca Los Manantiales Miel from Naranjo, Costa Rica

While most people don’t associate coffee farms with Hawaii, it is the only state in the Union that has the climate and soil where coffee plants can flourish. Rich, slightly acidic volcanic soil, sunny mornings with cloudy afternoons and over 60 inches of rain during the summer months provide the perfect environment to grow primo coffee.

This is fantastic, ! You are certainly multi-talented. What an inspiration, great work and great blog, very informative, loved reading it, thanks for sharing this lovely work.

if you are thinking that this will be the end of your expenses, you really have another think coming. You are soon going to have to take care of other major expenses that range from education for your children, medical expenses, home renovations, and so on. And it may be likely that you will once again have to look at a loan to finance these needs.
