This cooperative maintains health, education, and pre-harvest financing for their farmers, as well as Organic and Fair Trade certification. The fragrance reminds us of fresh baked bread, and the aroma is open sourced crème brule and caramel suckers. As the coffee leaves the palate, soft round lines in the body become undone, naked, and gritty. We love this coffee for its slight citrus and warming, earthen notes.
