1. There are three pieces to the AeroPress - the plunger, the brew chamber, and the black filter cap. Place plunger down, rubber side up, and squeeze brew chamber over plunger until rubber meets the number 4.

2. Add your ground coffee to the brewer, place the brewer on your scale, and tare your scale.

3. Pour all 200g of water into brewer and give it a quick stir to incorporate all the grounds. Screw the cap, with the filter inside, onto the brewer.

4. After 1 minute, flip your brewer over and place atop your carafe or mug. Slowly and carefully press out the coffee. This press should take about 30 seconds. Choose a sturdy mug/carafe when pressing!
